You bring the idea. We build what comes next.
A development partnership for promising Roblox game ideas. You don’t need a team. If we believe in your idea, we provide one.
Have an idea but don’t have the team to build it?
Plenty of people have a Roblox idea worth playing. Far fewer have the engineers, the production, the infrastructure or the time to ship it, and then run it once it’s live. You don’t need to know how to build the game. You need an idea worth building.
You bring the idea. We bring the team.
Launchpad is a development partnership. We choose a small number of ideas and provide the development and production capability to turn them into real Roblox experiences. You don’t need an existing team, and you don’t need to write a line of code. We can keep operating the game after release too, because that’s when most of the work begins.
You don’t need a team. You need an idea worth building.
You don’t have to know how to build the game. Here’s who does what.
You bring the idea
What players do, and why it’s worth playing.
You bring the vision
The creative direction that makes it yours.
We provide the team
Engineers, production and the people to build it.
We handle the execution
The technical work, from first build to live game.
From idea to experience.
Six steps. Not every idea makes it past the second.
- 01
Idea
Tell us what you want to make and why players would care.
- 02
Review
We look at it honestly. Some ideas move forward, some don’t.
- 03
Partnership
If we believe in it, we agree the scope, the production commitment and the revenue share.
- 04
Development
Our team builds the experience, with you steering the creative direction.
- 05
Launch
Testing, release and support to help it start well.
- 06
LiveOps
Far Boundary can keep running the game after release, with updates, content and day to day operation.
What Far Boundary provides
The exact team depends on the project. Specialist art and animation are scoped case by case, and we’ll say so during review.
Engineering
Clean, performant code for the whole experience.
Game systems
Progression, economy and core loops, designed with you.
Production
Planning, scope and delivery, so the project keeps moving and ships.
UI / UX
Interfaces that read clearly, where the project needs them.
Technical infrastructure
Data, networking and the backend a live game relies on.
QA
Testing before release and as updates ship.
Launch support
Preparing for release and helping the game start well.
LiveOps and updates
Running the game after release, with content and updates on a steady rhythm.
Growth support
Where it makes sense for the project, help with how the game reaches players.
100K to 250K
Robux, the usual range for the upfront production commitment.
Accepted projects begin with an upfront production commitment from the creator, generally between 100,000 and 250,000 Robux depending on what the project needs. It pays for the work of building the game. After launch, you and Far Boundary share the game’s revenue under a deal agreed in advance. These aren’t fixed packages. Both the commitment and the revenue share are negotiated per project and settled before any work begins. Applying costs nothing.
Production commitment
Paid upfront, scaled to the project.
Revenue share
Negotiated per project, shared after launch.
Terms first
Everything is discussed and agreed before development starts.
We don’t take every idea.
We’d rather say no early than build something we don’t believe in. This is what we look at first.
A clear idea
You can describe what players do and why it’s fun.
Player appeal
A real audience would want this and keep coming back.
Room to last
Enough depth to keep growing long after launch.
A creator we can work with
Someone invested in the idea and easy to build alongside.
The vision stays yours.
You keep the creative direction and stay involved in the project. How involved is agreed up front, from shaping every decision to checking in at milestones. We handle the production and technical execution to make it real.
Have an idea? Tell us about it.
Tell us what you want to make and who it’s for. We’ll review it, and if it’s a fit we’ll get back to you to talk about building it together.
